Blogging, and why I opened it up to anyone

While I may still be honing my blogging skills, I’m excited to share my thoughts and experiences in my first three blog posts.  Why? Firstly, I aim to show that writing is accessible to everyone, and secondly, I want you to get to know the person behind Inspired Crew: me, Charlotte

In addition to being a recruitment agency

Inspired Crew is also about encouraging a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. I seek those who display a zest for life and a profound love of ongoing growth and learning. I want to connect with individuals who are actively seeking personal transformation and who are ready to support, encourage, and inspire fellow crew members.

My mission with Inspired Blogs is to create a space where passion meets purpose.  I want current and ex crew members to share their unique stories, express their opinion on a topic close to their heart, showcase skills and talents, and to share new or old business ventures.   Perhaps you’re a crew member who has a knack for poetry, a flair for fashion, or a love for travel blogging.  For those who have transitioned from life on the seas to new ventures, this is also your space.  If you’re an ex-yachtie who has started your own business, we encourage you to write about your experiences, challenges and successes.  Share your journey and inspire others who may be contemplating a similar path, while advertising your business to others.

I’m all for sharing and promoting so people can grow and flourish.  By coming together we can build a network of support, inspiration and collaboration. I believe in providing this platform for crew members to make a meaningful impact where we can learn from each other, and be part of a community that celebrates each others individuality and creativity.  This is a place where inspiration will flow freely and dreams can be turned into reality.

“Lets connect, grow and inspire one another on this incredible journey”

Everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen and heard

Understandably certain topics can be delicate

Possibly touching on personal or industry-related experiences. Therefore, we kindly request that contributors refrain from mentioning specific names or yachts, unless it relates to a positive experience and with the consent of others involved. Rest assured, our team will carefully review all submissions and will provide feedback if any content is deemed unsuitable for publication.

I envision a future where individuals can channel their passions by finding an onboard position that aligns with them or by using the Inspired Crew platform to showcase their unrelated yachting talents. Ultimately, my goal is to assist crew members in discovering their unique niche, thereby facilitating a smoother transition when they eventually decide to leave the yachting industry… which may sound strange seeing as Inspired Crew is a recruitment agency, but i’m here for your journey, not just to get you a job!

Feel free to reach out, to discover more. You can email me at info@inspiredcrew.com I look forward to sharing your inspiring blog posts and pictures, and can’t wait to see the creativity and passion you bring. Let’s connect and explore the possibilities together!
