How We Work

We aim to work closely with you to understand who you are as an individual, your aspirations, and where you envision yourself in three years time. We’ll help you find your ideal job, considering the type of yacht and crew you want to work with. We want to be your cheerleaders, providing encouragement and support throughout your yachting journey.

Click on register and follow the steps, you will be asked to drag and drop your CV and confirm your email.  You will then upload any other documents and fill in additional information.  We strongly recommend putting together a creative profile document that showcases your work. We will send you an email with a link to upload a short video answering 10 specific questions.  This will give the yacht a better idea of the real you.

We will verify your documents and references before getting in touch with you to arrange a one on one call to discuss your ideal position and to get a better idea of who you are as a person. This is very important to us, we really want to get to know the real you, and your wishes so we can build a great relationship together and  match you with a yacht that aligns to you.

We will contact you when a position comes up that we think will be suitable for you. We will never put you forward for a positions unless you have confirmed you’re happy for us to do so. We will check in with you to make sure you’re happy in your new role, this is important to us, to know that we will be here to support you on your journey through your yachting career.
